    Title Deeds - The Transferor

    I'm thinking of putting up a wall on a property I own, but I need to seek the permission of the Transferor listed in the titled deeds. A quick search on Google reveals that the Transferor, a limited company, ceased trading in 2014. Do I need to seek anyone's permission to build the wall?
