  • Looking for aggressive building dispute solicitor

    Hello
my neighbours have created damage to my property as a result of some building work.
The dispute resolution has been going on for years, the neighbours employing nasty experts and surveyors.
I now have been awarded damages, in what should have been the final instance of surveyors but the neighbours are now challenging this in court.
Can anyone recommend a shit hot, aggressive solicitor dealing with building disputes (mainly party wall agreements).
    Looking very forward for advise

You are unlikely to obtain a recommendation for any particular firm of solicitors.
You could search out sister site Just Beagle (https://justbeagle.com/) or try here: https://solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk/

Presumably the neighbours are challenging an arbitration decision under sec 67 to 71 of the Arbitration Act 1996.
Such challenges are rarely successful !

Did the original award for damages come from a Party Wall Surveyor?
I didnt think such an award was challengable?
