  • LOA expired

Hi all. Hope someone can answer.

If a ppi company allows a LOA to expire. And then I don't resign that LOA. How does this effect me legally?
    Thanks

It's not so much that CMCs allow an LOA to expire, it's banks & those who are being claimed from who require a new LOA every 6 months.

It would depend on the terms of the agreement and the wording on the LOA. Who is the CMC?

The company was jcs and the Loa was for a ppi claim.
i had given them all the info. And I believe they allowed this to expire twice. I refused to sign the last Loa.
now they are in contact threatening lawyers.

Sorry but I can't find a CMC with that name. Do you have a link to their site?
