    Statute barred Scotland

    I had an credit card and current account with TSB and although I have not made a single payment in 6 years about 4 years ago the bank went into my account and took money and paid this against my credit card. I complained and the money was returned. My question is does this count as a payment and if so I believe the clock would restart from then which would be unfair. Thanks
