My husband died His car was reclaimed by Blue Motor Finance with whom he had a contract I had no agreement with this company and the loan was in my husbands name He left no estate as he was insolvent with some debts The company want a considerable amount from his estate after selling his car at auction for a fifth of its value when purchased He did not leave any money So who pays this debt

You do NOT have to pay it, if there is no money left then they can go whistle
