Webb Resolutions/ Picture

I had a loan with Picture from 2006 - 2007. It was taken over by Webb Resolutions but not discharged.
My solicitors and myself are finding it impossible to track down where we contact to get this discharged. Picture have details of my paid off loan but can’t discharge as the land registry says Webb must discharge . I have been waiting for over two months for this to be resolved. Please help.
