Received CCJ claim, will not agree my payment of offer

I have received a ccj claim from Lovell. I have accepted the debt and offered a monthly payment, but they have refused and said I need to clear the Ł4k in a month or agree to Ł700 a month for the next 6 months. Is there anything I can do?

If you actually have a Judgment against you then submit https://www.gov.uk/government/public...on-of-an-order to make an offer of payment. You should not pay something you can obviously not afford.
