I am wondering if a fine by RPL is considered an official civil fine that I would need to declare in a British Naturalization application? I got a fine from them a couple of years ago because of a misunderstanding at Primark (I had put things in my bag just because I didn’t get a basket I know it’s silly but I do this sometimes and they didn’t believe me but they didn’t call the police) they scanned my ID took a note of my address and I received the letter to pay £150 which I did. I wonder if this record would show under the good character background checks? Or should I ignore and not declare but if they see it I’d be denied the passport and potentially prosecuted! Does anyone know please help! Thank you!

NO it will not. It was not a fine as private company cannot fine you.
