Littlewoods debt

Hi, wondering if anyone can help,I recently paid my littlewoods debt to lowell in full 2 months ago, however my littlewoods account say I still owe the amount that I've already paid to lowel, not quite sure what to do as I'm certainly not paying it twice, thanks in advance for any help you maybe able to give me on this issue

So ask Littlewood what is happening. Lowell could be hanging on to the money
