A builder did some work on our roof, which is now complete. We are waiting for building control to approve the work, but have asked him to remove the skip. He has refused and says he will leave it there till we pay his bill (which we will after we get building control approval). In the meantime he is putting rubbish from other jobs in the skip. Is he trespassing? The skip is halfway down our drive. We have 2 cars, one of which has to be parked on the road till the skip is moved.
