Tim legal services bullies

Hi everyone. So we are currently paying TM legal services have never missed a payment yet they have harrassed the hell out of us to complete another income and expenditure form. When I say harass I mean email, txt, phone calls. They are driving us mad. Can they do this?

If you are paying a debt off in installments the answer is "yes". The purpose is to establish if you can now afford increased payments, or that you are not now placed to keep up with the previously agreed payment installments.
