Hello, I am a stressed out civil servant that has been dragged to court by a vindictive bullying half sibling, following the death of our mother. I have always been a law abiding, tax paying individual, that is about to have their financial situation obliterated, with a CCJ for £25k plus costs, because I dared to ask questions as to where a significant amount of my mother's money disappeared to.
I have a case to prepare for in the Fast Track in relation to fictitious rent owing, and after spending £6k on legal fees, I cannot spend any more. I just don't know where to turn now, for support.
