    Voluntary termination HELP

    Hi. I have followed the steps on this website to VT my finance agreement however I haven’t yet reached half way, so have sent a separate letter by the national debt advice line to say I will pay that in instalments according to my budget.

    i sent the template termination letter, however the man who has come to collect the car this morning has tried to get me to sign a paper saying I am happy to pay the 50%, plus admin charges, plus any damages they decide on.

    i refused, as the advice on the page states but he has refused to take the car away. What do I do?
