  • Surgery gone wrong

    If someone has had rhinoplasty done in 2016 and it went wrong, then had to go for revision surgery in 2017 but it went wrong agsin, but then in jan 2019 was told to wait abit longer befire another surgery as you need to wait fir swelling to go down, but then oct 2020 the Dr that preformed the surgery has left the company, is the hospital obliged to get the revision surgery done again free of charge?

    Many of these consultants work in private hospitals on a self employed status. In this case your contract is with the surgeon and not the hospital. Only if the problem had been with the hospital facilities could you expect anything from them. Only an opinion, I'm not qualified.
