Hi every one i hope you can help me , I got a ticket on my car in a train station car park 5yrs ago , i had a letter saying you us £200 i thought i had paid the £4 pound ticket via text , i wrote back saying i thought i had paid and said ill pay the £4 but £200 is disproportionate , then heard nothing for 5 yrs .
Just looking at my credit check it seems they got a CCJ against me back in 2017 but not acted on it, they now want £275 or they will enforce the CCJ , ive been told i need to get it set aside can any one help with this ,
