Is there any mitigation that would be considered favourably by the Hammersmith and Fulham Borough for Contravention 52 M.

I have just received a PCN for this Contravention 52M. I was clearly unaware that there were any restrictions on the particular road I was using, and if there were any signs limiting specific vehicles (and I assume there must be some!), then I must not have seen them. This contravention was not deliberate.
