Sheds, Fences etc

Hi all, can someone tell me if there are any laws that cover then sightings of sheds please. My neighbour has just moved in and has put his shed right up against my fence. He didn't ask me but when I explained that I didn't want it where he had put it, he just walked away. I have attached some pictures to show where he has put it..

Mine is the bungalow on the right. in the first picture. My gate is approx 40 Cm wide and the shed is about 100 Cm from my fence to the his wall.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Above a certain height and the shed has to be 1 meter away from the boundary. Check with your council planning
