i wonder if you can help. I have been reading a lot on your site about Idem Servicing in which my husband has just received a letter from.
Him and his ex wife separated around 7 years ago and had a secured loan on their then property. He left and she stayed but we then think she left and just left the keys. He hasn't received any correspondence regards the mortgage or secured loan before now.
Looking at his credit file it was placed with Idem in 2014, they have his account as a 5 (72 months ago it showed as a 6) on experian but no default. I believe the loan was originally with Picture then Web and then Idem.
What do we do?
