    Bank smart

    Hi
    I've received a letter requesting £300+ for breach of contract against PPI claim. I don't remember signing anything with this company and have had all PPI claims paid out via a previous company and my bank. U am really worried as it mentions court. I really don't know what to do. I have googled the company and lots coming up about fraud!
