    CCA Request

    I have an outstanding debt currently with DrydenFairfax solicitors. I have requested a copy of my CCA, they have now replied advising that they have the documents but cannot send a hard copy due to COVID! I need to register on their customer portal and I do not want to do this particularly. Are they obliged to send the hard copy? Many Thanks.

    well until they send a copy to you then if they wanted to they cannot get a CCJ = unenforceable at this stage
