I wonder if anyone can help me understand exactly what this means in a cohabitation deed I am being asked to sign?

"The parties have no intention of ousting the jurisdiction of any court in England and Wales to make any order in relation to any children or of any future children of the relationship."

    Thanks in advance!

A cohabitation agreement is a contract and as such should include certain basic elements, and consideration should be given to a variety of others. There must be a clear intent that the parties' purpose is to create a legally enforceable agreement. The reasons for entering into the agreement should be stated.

Thank you for your help - but what does this particular part mean in terms of future children?

A cohabitation deed refers to a legal document called a called a Cohabitation Agreement which protects unmarried couples who are cohabiting as, contrary to popular belief, they are not protected by the notion of a "common law marriage".
