Pcp early termination

Hi i got car last year for three year contract pcp but after a year i want to terminate the contract . I paid 5k deposit as well .total Car value was 24k . My monthly payment is 218£
so if i terminate early i have to pay half of 24k or half of that three years which i did contract? Thanks in advance .

Halfway mark is based on the total price payable, not length of time.

Your deposit is take into account when calculating the TPP, so it would be 29k / 2 = 14.5k as halfway mark.

The deposit is considered money paid when working out if you've hit 14.5k
