  • BW Legal Letter of Claim

Hi My daughter has received numerous letters from BW Legal saying that they have been instructed by Link Parking to commence legal action for Not clearly displaying a valid permit in what apparently is a private parking area at the back of the dance studio she attends for university. We wrote to Link Parking at the time and explained that she is a student and was in the dance studio having no idea that she was not allowed to park there as all the students do and she had been parking there for weeks but they rejected the appeal and must have sold the debt to BW Legal.
Is there anything we can do to put an end to these letters and this threat of county court proceedings or must we pay even though we do not agree with the ticket? They are now asking for £243

So post up the PCN you received and some photos if the signs. It would seem that you gave told them who was driving, is this correct?

They have not sold the debt to BWL, they are acting for link in a possible court case

The letters will not stop until they get your money
