I was in the car with my baby the hole time(5 min) waiting for the driver.the agent aproch to take photos i think.. and i try to speak with him that i didn't know that i need a permit..hi told me that i have 5 min to leave without a fine.the driver came in less then 2 min..few days after the notice arrived! Should i pay? Or ignore..i've read a lot of comments about this companies.i attach my notice....thanks

Edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred, use "the driver......." etc. The driver parked, the keeper received the notice and is handling.

edit the Notice to remove identifying details, name and address, VRM, pcn number.

Can you get photos of sign and location please
