good morning i am a serving soldier, i have just received a letter from Ruthbridge Understanding resolutions saying that i owe £524.09 from a credit card i had back in 2003. I thought i paid this off before i moved to Germany in 2003. i always updated my information with my bank when i moved as i was out in Germany for 14years and only returned to the UK in 2018. In the letter they have said if i pay £104.82 then this would close the issue. They have not got any other paperwork apart from the letter they sent. I have checked my Credit score and there is no outstanding Debt's on it, we are in the process of applying for a Mortgage too so is it worth me paying the full about to get them off our backs?
