I have just sold a 55 reg motorhome and a 62 reg towcar to a lady for £15000. She had plenty of opportunity to examine both vehicles with her boyfriend. Having bought them. She had a survey done, which i paid for, it has revealed numerous damp isses and wants her money back. We had been using both vehicles a few days before. We had no indication that the vehicles had these issues. Am i liable to pay back any money.

You paid for HER survey AFTER she purchased the vehicles?

Was the sale dependant on a satisfactory survey?
Have you been given a copy of the report?
Prior to selling the vehicles, how did you describe them?
Was this in a written advertisement?
