  • MET Parking Services

Hello, not sure if this forum is still active but here goes...

I received a letter to my previous address stating I had overstayed by 12mins at McDonalds (previous address as I had bought a new car and had not received the log book through to update it when I moved).

At this time I hadn’t actually got out the car atall, I drove through the drive through parked up eating and messing around on my phone. I’ll be honest although I know this is also can be a loophole o never actually saw any signs when I drove through.
Im confident I would of paid by cars too if they ask for proof.

Any help or assistance is appreciated

So edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred, yes "the driver........" etc.

Post up the Notice to Keeper suitably redacted but leave dates

Unfortunately it looks as though MET have gor it correct, apart from period of parking. Can you get photos of the signs, at about the same time that visit with and without flash just to see how visible the signs were.

The signs are about 8 feet off the ground and it’s not really visible atall

That's why you need photographs to show that they are not visible or illuminated.
