Hi Legal Beagles... I'm really hoping that one of you may be able to help me.. I have received a piece of paper which has my name, address. It doesn't show the creditors name and address or the terms and conditions at the time of opening the account or the cost of credit, APR or when I have to make payments or my cancellations rights... Link Financial have sent me this saying that it is my CCA. I called their call centre and the lady I spoke to advised that this is all she had showing on the agreement from what she could see from her side. 1 Piece of paper. I have left 2 messages with their complaints department to call me. No response so I have tried emailing them.. I have still been paying them but after this I think I should stop. This isn't showing on my credit file any more, it's dropped off. I wanted to offer them a settlement but they refused it.. Not sure what I can do now.. Any guidance would be great.. thanks.
