    I put in a claim and the defendant has put in a defence which mentions striking out the claim as my particulars are wrong, i have also received a letter from the court about filling in a directions letter, i have paid a bit to a solicitor for advice but still feel very confused as to what i do next, i feel its dead money with the solicitor so not sure i want to keep paying, could anyone help please

    Going to need to know what are you claiming and why the defence says your particulars are wrong.
