  • General Form of Judgement

    Hi,

I had a car accident a few months back which I deemed to have been my fault. A claim was issued against me to which I have responded and admitted liability. The Claimant is looking for compensation up to the value of £10k. I have received a Genereal Form of Judgement Order and the Claimant has placed me as the 1st Defendant and brought in Motor Insurers Bureau as the 2nd defendant. I am in my 60's and and unemployed and on sick benefits. I have offered to pay £50 a month. The order has come through stating that judgement has been entered for an amount to be decided by the court. It states that parties must by 4pm on the 24 September give standard disclosure limited to the issue of damages - My question is do I as the defendant need to fill in an N265 form? I do not have a solicitor representing me
