  • Divorce with a husband who I live no longer with for more than a year

Well, I need an independant advice on my divorce solution.
My husband and I decided to get married because my and his parents insisted on marriage due to the pregnancy, however none of us really wanted to be a family and I decided to raise our son by myself and he agreed to that. However grandparents-to-be said that we should give it a try and make a happy family. Obviously when 2 adults are forced to something, that wouldn't last long, so soon after son's birth my "hubby" went to Burford due to job opportunity while we resided in Kingham. Nowadays our child is 13 months old and we keep communicating with his father (who sends support and visit him when he comes to town, I see no problem with that), but I would like to start a new life, new relationship, which seems a bit troublesome to me,as I remain a "married" woman. As far as I know, my ex is having a girl,so our marriage is also an obstacle to him, as far as I understand. I would like to have a divorce with https://onlinedivorcer.co.uk and my STBXH doesn't mind. We have no disagreement on how to raise our child, he is going to pay alimony and is ready to sign all the papers, however our relatives are absolutely against divorce without lawyers and want us to hire attorneys for the childcare and property distribution, however we have nothing together and post-divorce child-related issues are already finalized between me and my ex. I am wondering whether it would be possible to have a divorce without a lawyer and save up money and time?
