Cifas marker ilr and job application

Hello i recently reported my bank account for fraud since i noticed some unknown transactions on it and they decided to close the account even though I reported it and told the myself now the bank says they will give my name to cifas even though i have written to the head office explaining what happened and sent numerous emails to no avail i just have to assume they are going to place the marker i just want to know if it will affect my application for ilr and application to stay in the uk and also will it affect my application for sia Licence
