Someone I dont know very well took my spare set of keys back home in August. I wasnt too worried as he lives over 200miles away and I thought he would dispose of them. However, last week on the night I stay at my bfs house he and another man I do not know let themselves into my property. Thankfully my brother and his girlfriend were there. Apparently he seemed shocked someone was there and made an excuse about picking up a tent? My brother asked them to leave and got my keys back. I can only assume they intended to Rob me. Do you think a crime has taken place by what I have stated and is it worth me reporting the incident as nothing was taken and no one was hurt. I am very thankful my brother was there but still feel very angry about the situation.
Is this a crime?
