An ex neighbour sold her house but kept her land. The plot of land is land locked except for a right of way that was attached to the owners of her old house. If she has transferred the right of way can she tell me exactly where she can cross my land?

There was a small 60cm pathway in a hollow. I want to fill in the hollow and give her a 1m pathway 80cm north of the old pathway to enable me to build a concrete base to retain an ancient wall on which i'll build a new shed. This will replace a fallen down eyesore of a shed.
