The date stamp on county court from n1?

I'm in the process of making a county court claim 'for money'. What must i do re. The circular 'stamp box' (empty) at the top of page n1?

That's where the court put their seal after you have sent the form to them.

Why are you not raising the claim online?

Just my advice. Make sure you fill all boxes (If you are suing online) with all details correct, especially the name of the person or company, as it will be sent back to be amended at your cost and will add a further delay to bringing your case to court.
