  • AUDI Voluntary Termination - Accrual of Mileage

Hi All, I am about to VT my fiancee's TT and have read through a lot of posts - I could not however open R0b 's guide, just get a blank text file.

Anyway on reading through the finance agreement I noticed on Mileage 11.1 - The liability will accrue with every mile covered by the Vehicle in excess of agreed mileages.

Does this mean VWFS would be able to argue the liability has not crystallised upon termination? It's something I haven't seen mentioned elsewhere.

    Many thanks,
    Fraser

If you are using your mobile, that could be why you can't access it. Anyway, I've uploaded the document to this link https://easyupload.io/20acp8 but will expire after 7 days.

You'll find the answers in that guide, but short answer is no (and yes it has been mentioned all the time on here, the answer remains the same).
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
