I have received a CCJ form from Lowell Solicitors and I am putting in my defence as I do not own the debts they are claiming for, they have been unable to provide and credit agreements and just so amounts and account numbers so my question is what is my best defence, I am sending them letters to provide the credit agreements and any evidence they have to support their claims. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks

not a ccj if it has not been to court, lowells are on one at present trying all they can to get people to crumble without evidence, many do and they thrive on it, that is the so called solicitors ethics to-day, what is the alledged debts for and whom originator?

Hi, so they have submitted a claim form to the Northampton County Court and the alleged debts are provident, two EE accounts and Telefonica, I have requested CCA and requested all the evidence they have so am waiting a reply, I need to file my defence soon though.
