    Hi dear, i just received a penalty charge notice now after 14 day of the Contravention. Which dated 20/08/2020 and i am receiving the letter today the 12th of September 2020 for the first time. This is a CCTV camera observation. I like to challenge it since is more than 14 days now. Thanks

      CCTV contraventions can be served up to 28 days after the contravention. You then have 21 days to pay te discount or 28 days to submit formal representations
