  • Private roads - obstruction

I live on a estate made of plot land from the war , the roads are private . There is a dispute emerged between 2 residents.
due to there dispute one party is parking there cars obstructing the road . This is affecting me getting in and out . No other residents can get in and out properly . A camper van has allready hit my husbands van . My delivery of horse feed which is brought in by a wide load was unable to deliver because it could not get through the obstacle of cars they had parked . Allso my husband is a landscaper and he’s delivery of natural stone and cement was unable to deliver because they couldn’t get thru .
I have spoken to the resident he is totally unreasonable
    and will not move !
who can help . What can I do . Due to the nature of the roads I know this is a grey area . Please help
    Thankyou

Have a look at your deeds and see what rights you have over the roads
