    I'd like any help with bank charges stayed in court and claiming hardship.
    Also Debt Collection Agencies and what they are allowed to do.

    We have a hardship section http://legalbeagles.info/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=106 if you have a read up there. Start a post in that section, post up details of your claim omitting your personal details. Then one of us will be able to guide you through to the next stage.

      Welcome to Beagles dave, please have a read of other peoples situations re hardship and claiming back charges from the particular bank you are concerned with.
      When you are ready post your questions, we will try and help as best we can.

        As for the DCA's they SHOULDN'T be taking any action at all if this is already disputed, but we can assist with them as well.

        In fact the banks shouldn't of even passed these debts to them for any action as out lined in the FSA waiver.
