Holliday Re fund

I first of all tried to phone the Holliday Company in May. Answer machine, I then mailed them twice canceling the holiday, as advised on this site I also sent a signed letter, as usual, no reply, even though the Government stated that re` funds had a time limit. I made a mistake with the name I was suing, so back comes the form for amendment, duly amended and sent off with the £100 odd, I have phoned the MCO several times for a progress report, to be told on each occasion it has been passed up to a Judge. I was then told "your papers go to another Court, possibly it can take yet another 4 to 5 weeks, how can this be right ?.
