  • Nhs taking me to court

Nhs trying to say I don't live in the uk and have to pay for giving birth to twins. I'm British, live here and pay my taxes.. just because I was abroad for about 5 months and had my antenatal abroad for those 5 months. I was 2 months pregnant when I went abroad and returned at 7 months. Please someone help, it's really bothering me. I have been told by the judge to write a letter to defend my case. Don't know what to do.

Nice to see the NHS are trying to recover costs but shame they can't get it right

so you have worked here, you have a NI number and you make a tax return every year? Do you have an address in this country that you can show you have been resident here for a long while
