Help with Egg PPI and Ombudsman

Hi, I have a case with Ombudsman re Egg PPI

which was from Loulouxx re her amazing win against Egg and like me she also applied on the internet in October 2003.

I submitted the info to Ombudsman and he has now dismissed it I was wondering if Loulouxx was about and I could ask her for more info on the reason why they paid out or if Dogtired knew how to contact her to ask her this as the Ombudsman wants more details as to why she won her case I.e outcome letter ? Before he will ask Egg about

Sorry not been around for a while.
I never had an Egg account so not sure what help if any I can be
Given my experience with the Ombudsman they can be random with the rulings they make I hav
e won and lost in equal measure.
I think you could try appealing the decision. Possibly worth a try.
