  • Voluntary Termination Delay

    Hi,

I sent in my request for voluntary termination with Audi around 1.5 weeks ago but have still yet to receive any confirmation from them. I have called up numerous times and have been told they will escalate this for me but still I’m yet to get any confirmation back. I used the template from this site (thank you) stating I was giving my 2 weeks notice, I have a new car at a dealership waiting to be collected so I am just wondering after the 2 weeks, am I legally obligated to keep my current car taxed and insured or would I have to hold off on collecting the new car until the Audi is collected?

    Thanks
