lOWELL Solicitors letter of claim 30 days

Hi there I got this letter from Lowell tell me they are making a court claim for Vanquis as I entered an agreement in 2013, I have no knowledge of this I think I had this credit card but it was long before 2006? They now say they are going to issue a county court claim, what do I do? I am already struggling to pay rent arrears, student loan etc, I have nothing to offer these people and its so old.
