  • CCJ Even though i offered to pay

HI, So i will give as much details as i can

Last year i received a letter from Prac finiancal and bw leagal stating i was being summond to court due to failure of no contact. Even though i have moved twice since the debt occured. I knew that the money was owed however after constantly offering a small amount to try to reduce the debt. i was not in a poistion to do so this is because i didnt even have enough income to cover the prority bills such as (rent and council tax).

I managed to speak to the my Local CAB office whom tryied to deal with debit, however they wanted to take the only assest i had which was my car. This would of lead me out of work. PayDay EXPRESS/PDUK/The money shop knew right at the start of the loan agreement, that my finanical situation with my wages would go up and down. However still allowed me to have a loan of nearly £1000.

I done three income and expenses forms to prove both the loan company, Prac finanical/ Bw legal, my local CAB office to see if they would accept any offer. I still have a small paper trail however still they wanted in the excess £75 a month to stop the CCJ..

I could not afford this and then i found out that my payday loan company were seen to sell me a loan which was not afforable. This lead to the company redressing alot of people and evenutally went into Liquidation.

I am confused because although the debt has now gone completely from my credit file, My CCJ is still there.

I wonder if there is any help or adivce you can give,

i will point out that it did have an offer of a redress, however a claim i think was declined because of the amount i had. Not to sure about this though.
