  • Right of Way for Limited Company

My neighbours have a right of way over my land. They have now formed a Limied Company wholly owned by the pair of them. Do vehicles delivering to the Company also have a right of way?

so the answer to your original enquiry is that anyone accessing the property has the right to pass over your land as there appear to be no restrictions other than "for the purpose of gaining access to the property................."
The right is attached to the property, not the owners.
