Service history with VT

I am doing a VT on my car to Mercedes finance in September. I have paid over the 50% so all fine on that front. I have had the car since April 2017 and have had the car serviced each year as normal. The car had its first Mot done in Jan and the.was due another service in April this year however due to Covid it didn't get done yet as garages were closed - now that I am doing a VT in next few weeks do I need to do this service? Or can ai hand it back with service outstanding. The car itself is in immaculate condition and I have had all alloys repaired etc so no concerns over the condition of car otherwise. Thanks in advance for any guidance
