No response to CCA request

Hi. I submitted a CCA request to Robinson Way. The request was sent by recorded delivery with a cheque for £1.00, the letter was signed for on 3 August 2020. I've checked my bank and the cheque has been cashed. To date (21/08/2020) I have not received any response at all. The debt was originally with Halifax but was assigned to Hoist Portfolio Holding Limited/Robinson Way effective 29/06/2018. I recently made a reduced offer in full and final settlement but this was refused which was why I subsequently requested the original CCA. I am currently making nominal payments to the account of £5.00 per month. The debt was defaulted on over 8 years ago so doesn't appear on my credit file any longer. What do I do now? Any suggestions welcome

You seem to have acknowleged the debt by making a full and final which means that the debt is no longer SB

I appreciate the debt isn't statute barred, I've been making nominal payments for several years. I only requested the CCA as I'm aware the debt isn't enforceable via the County Court if this document cannot be produced.
