    Advice needed.

Hi everyone. Im hoping i can get some solid advice from here. I have had to flee my home due to domestic violence from my childrens dad and his family. I havent been with him for 5 years (i got removed into a womens refuge when i left him 5 years ago) and i met someone after 5 years and the kids dad and his family went absolutely crazy. So anyway i have had to flee my home. Me and my children are now homeless. We are currently all sharing a 3 bed sofa at a friends. The advice i need is this. I have been offered temporary accommodation at a family members who lives otherside of the uk. I am wanting to relocate there but i have spoken to my solicitor and i need the fathers permission. What would happen if i just went without his permission?? I dont want him to know where i will be moving too. And me and my children dont have long left on this 3 bed sofa as tensions are rising due to us being in such a small space together with my friend.

Sorry for long post. I just really need some advice. Should i just relocate without his consent Or what would happen??

Do you have a residency order agreed between you? Does your ex have any visitation with the children?
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

      hi,

I have been granted a prohibited steps order against the father and i have been granted a live with order. At court the judge asked the kids father if he will be applying for contact with the children through the courts and he said no.
